   WooCommerce set-up

   I install and configure WooCommerce: categories, product attributes and variations, tax and customer emails. I keep extra plugins to a minimum, because each one is another thing to keep updated.

   Payments and shipping

   I connect the payment gateway and delivery methods you want to use and set up the shipping costs. I check every checkout path with a test order before the shop takes its first real one.

   Products and import

   If your products are in a spreadsheet or an old shop, I prepare an import rather than retyping them by hand. I also show you how to add and edit products in the admin panel so you can carry on yourself.

4. 04

   Design and mobile

   The basket and checkout have to be comfortable on a phone, so I test them on phones, tablets and desktops. I fit the design to your brand and to how your customers look for products.

5. 05

   Shop SEO

   I set up titles and descriptions for categories and products, along with readable URLs and a sitemap. When moving from an old shop, I set up 301 redirects so the addresses Google already knows aren't lost.

6. 06

   After launch

   I hand over the shop with a short guide to the admin panel. WordPress and its plugins, WooCommerce included, need updating, so I stay in touch when something needs fixing or updating.
