What we store on your device and how you can control it.

1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by the browser. localStorage works in a similar way. Article 399 of the Polish Act of 12 July 2024 — Electronic Communications Law — and Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) require consent to store or access information on your device, except what is strictly necessary to provide a service you requested.
This site does not set HTTP cookies for public visitors. It uses localStorage for the consent choice and — only after consent — the theme. An admin session cookie is set only after sign-in at /admin.
2. Consent
On the first visit we show a banner. “Accept” and “Necessary only” have equal weight — you can refuse optional storage and still use the site. There is no cookie wall. Boxes are not pre-ticked.
You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer, which reopens the same banner.
3. Categories
- Necessary — always on: storing your choice, and the admin session after sign-in.
- Functional — remembering light/dark theme, only with consent.
- Analytics — Google Analytics, only with your consent and only if enabled in the admin panel. Without consent the Google script is never loaded.
- Marketing — not used (no pixels or ads).
Our own visit statistics use no cookies and store nothing in your browser — page views are counted server-side and a “unique visitor” is a short-lived hash rotated daily that cannot be turned back into an IP address. That is why it needs no consent. The marketing category stays off; if that changes we will update this policy and ask again.

5. Without functional consent
The site still works. The theme may follow your system setting (prefers-color-scheme), but a manual choice will not be remembered after you close the tab.
6. How to change or delete
- The on-site banner — “Cookie settings” in the footer opens the same choice.
- Browser settings: site data / cookies / local storage for this domain.
